High Voltage is an indie makeup company whose theme and aesthic is based on rock metal music due the owners passion for music. Product names and collections are often named for or based around music
High Voltage carry a wide range of products. Eyeshadows come in shimmery, matte and creme and whipped formulas, while lip products come in the form of 'Amp'd Up Gloss,' 'Lip Whips' ( lip 'tar'/liquid lipstick), 'Lip Candy' (melted lipstick sold in pot) and 'Amplified Lip Powders' (lip-safe powders.) Other products include Amplified Eyeshadow Base, blushers, eyebrow powders and wax, Magic Dust(highlighter), gift certificates and various forms of grab bags.
Samples currently come in 1.5X1.5 plastic baggies and are offered with customer orders. High Voltage offers samples for lip products. Amplified Lip Powder samples go for $1.00 whereas samples for the Amp'd Up Gloss and Lip Candies cost $1.75 Full sized eyeshadows come in a 5g jar containing 1.5-2.0 grams of product.
High Voltage are not a vegan company, but the majority of products are vegan are are indicated on the website/product. Ingredients for products are both printed on the labels (including samples) and are listed on the website.
High Voltage offer a discount to make up artists and cosmetologists when provided with a link to credited work/business card.
Turn around time varies, but is typically around 10 days. Customers recieve an email notification on shipping and the company ships worldwide. The website accepts PayPal/Bill Me Later and credit or debit card. High Voltage do not include a paper invoice with unless requested at checkout.
